All reporting will be on-line via a client dedicated, secure website, to facilitate interrogation of the results by Unit, Area / Region and Company. Different levels of access to certain results can be programmed for the various levels of management hierarchy. Head Office Personnel and General Managers will be alerted via email when new results are published.
For all of our Mystery Customer Programmes, as well as producing individual Unit reports and analysis, we also produce in-depth analysis reports for Areas / Regions and the Company overall. Our easy to use reports clearly track overall performance and using our traffic light colour-coding of results, quickly identifies strengths and weaknesses for training and development purposes.

The screen-shot below shows an individual Unit report, with the results being displayed first, followed by any attachments (till receipts, audio recordings etc.) and then the results of each standard assessed.
On any of the Reports and Graphs you will be able to drill down the results, through the various layers to individual Unit results. For example, on the Company’s cumulative results, by clicking on any of the columns on the graphs, region names, or dates will take you down to the next level, without having to come out of one report to view another.
